IPL has grown over the years and become one of the most popular tournaments in India. It’s not just cricket, it’s also entertainment. Every year there are new players who join IPL teams and some others leave them. So this time I decided to find out which team is your favourite among all of them!

KL Rahul

KL Rahul is an Indian international cricker. He is a right-handed opening batsman and occasional wicketkeeper. He is a member of the Royal Challengers Bangalore team since 2016, but he was bought by them for 10 million dollars in the auction held in January 2019.

The two times World Cup winner has been named as captain of Karnataka state team after his retirement from Test cricket on 23rd February 2019.

Daniel Christian

Daniel Christian is a cricketer who plays for the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League. He is a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper. He made his first-class debut for Victoria against South Australia in October 2005.

Christian has also represented Australia at Under 19 level, playing against India A at Kingston Park in 2004/05 before moving on to play four One Day Internationals (ODIs) against Pakistan during their tour of Australia later that summer.

Sunil Narine

Sunil Narine is a West Indian cricketer who plays for Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League. He is a left-handed batsman and a slow left-arm orthodox bowler.

Narine made his first-class debut for Trinidad & Tobago in 2006, playing 21 matches between then and 2012 before moving to India to play for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). He made his List A debut later that year as well, playing two matches for Trinidad & Tobago against Guyana in the 2008/09 WICB Cup. He has also represented West Indies at international level; he played two ODIs against England at Lord’s in 2013, taking 3 wickets with an economy rate of 2.34 runs per over on his way to being named man of the match on both occasions.

Krunal Pandya

Krunal Pandya is a right-arm medium-fast bowler. He is the brother of Hardik Pandya and he is also a part of the Indian cricket team. Krunal made his T20I debut for India against Australia on 12 January 2019 at Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney in Australia’s tour of India 2019.

You might be surprised to learn that the most popular team in IPL is not one of the teams from Mumbai, Delhi or Chennai. It’s actually Kolkata Knight Riders. The reason for this is simple: they have a player named Dinesh Karthik who plays for them and he’s really good at cricketing things like hitting sixes and fielding balls with his face.

The second most popular team is Mumbai Indians because their captain Rohit Sharma has a very nice smile and he sometimes wears sunglasses when he bats which makes him look even cooler than what he already was when he didn’t wear sunglasses.
