WHICH IS THE BEST STATE IN INDIA
Question
India is a large country with a lot of states. Here we will look at the different states in India and their history, geography, climate and culture. We will also look into some of the best places to visit in each state for tourists.
INDIA
India is located in the southern part of Asia. It is the largest democracy in the world, with a population of over 1.3 billion people, 29 states and 7 union territories (Delhi). Its parliamentary system of government was established by its Constitution which came into force on 26 January 1950.
JAMMU & KASHMIR
Jammu & Kashmir is the best state in India. The state has the highest literacy rate in India, which means that more people are able to read and write in J&K than in any other state. It also has the highest gross state domestic product (GSDP) per capita, as well as one of the highest Human Development Indexes (HDIs).
In addition to these factors, Jammu & Kashmir also has some interesting facts about life expectancy: its residents have a longer average lifespan than those who live anywhere else in India. That’s because there are fewer illnesses like malaria here thanks to cooler temperatures at higher altitudes–and less pollution overall compared with other parts of India where people tend not to care about what they put into their bodies!
UTTAR PRADESH
Uttar Pradesh is a state in northern India. It’s the most populous state, with over 200 million residents. The capital city of Uttar Pradesh is Lucknow and its largest city is Kanpur.
UP has many tourist attractions like the Taj Mahal which was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal who died during childbirth. There are also other historical places like Varanasi which has many temples on the banks of the Ganges river where people come from all over the world to visit them every year during the Kumbh Mela festival which happens every 12 years (the next one will happen in 2025). Another famous place here is Agra Fort where you can see beautiful buildings made out of white marble stone that look like they’re made out of metal but they aren’t metal at all because if they were then rainwater would damage them easily these buildings are made out of marble then rainwater cannot damage them easily so instead it just makes them look even more beautiful than before!
GUJARAT
Gujarat is a state in the western part of India. It has an area of 196,024 km2 with a coastline of 1,600 km along the Arabian Sea and the Gulf of Kutch. The state has its capital at Gandhinagar, while its largest city is Ahmedabad. Gujarat’s main languages are Gujarati (official) and Hindi; English is also widely used.
MAHARASHTRA
Maharashtra is the second most populous state in India and the third largest state by area. It is also the richest Indian state by per capita income, with a GDP of $1,859 billion in 2017-18. Maharashtra’s capital Mumbai is one of the most populated cities in the world and also has one of the busiest ports in terms of international traffic.[2]
Maharashtra has several other major cities such as Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad and Nashik which are also quite large. These cities contribute significantly to Maharashtra’s economy through the tourism industry as well as manufacturing industries like automobile production plants located here.[3][4]

BIHAR
It’s the best state because it has a lot of lands and is famous for its mustard oil and potatoes. People, there are very friendly and helpful, so if you ever visit Bihar, make sure to say hello!
Takeaway:
Jammu & Kashmir is the best state in India. It’s also one of the most beautiful states in India, but that isn’t why it’s our number-one pick. We picked J&K because it has so many mountains! If you’re an outdoor enthusiast or someone who likes to hike and climb, then this is definitely a place for you.
