Ajay Devgn was born on 2nd November 1969 to Ramdevi and Virender Devgan in Amritsar, Punjab. He studied at Guru Nanak Dev University where he did his graduation from the same university itself by completing Bachelors of Arts with Honors in English Literature & History in 1991-94 batch. Later he went on to do Masters (MA) from Delhi University’s prestigious Shri Ram College Of Commerce (SRCC). Ajay started his career as an assistant director with Mahesh Bhatt before making his acting debut with Kshanbhar Vishranti (1995).
