Pie
Pie is a dessert that is baked in an open pastry case with a filling of sweetened fruit, usually topped with meringue. It can be made with other ingredients such as nuts or cheese. Pie comes from the Latin word pica meaning magpie, because of its resemblance to the bird’s nest; or from Vikings who used to make pies out of leftover meat scraps and then eat them cold!
Pie is a common dish in many countries and cultures around the world: apple pie is popular in Britain; pumpkin pie has been eaten for hundreds of years by Native Americans; peach cobbler was invented by Southern women who wanted something sweet after dinner but didn’t have time for cake batter; and lemon meringue pie was invented when someone accidentally dropped some egg whites into their custard while making custard tarts (which are similar).
Ice cream
Ice cream is a frozen dessert made from dairy products, such as milk, cream and sugar. It’s usually eaten as a snack or dessert.
Ice creams are made with many different flavors and ingredients like fruits, nuts and chocolate chips. Ice cream comes in both full fat and low fat versions–you can choose which one you want depending on whether you need fewer calories or more flavor!
Cake
The cake is a sweet baked dessert, often served for special occasions. There are many different types of cake, like carrot cake or chocolate cake. The cake is very popular because it can be made in so many ways!
Takeaway:
The takeaway is the dessert that you like the most. It’s one of my favorite ways to end a meal because it allows me to be creative and show off my skills in the kitchen, as well as share something with my friends or family.
Well, I hope you enjoyed this list of my favorite desserts. If you have any suggestions for what should be added to it, please let me know!

There are few desserts more classic than brownies. Whether you like them chewy or cakey, with frosting or without, there’s no denying that brownies are delicious. While some people prefer to make their own brownies from scratch, others prefer to buy them premade.
store-bought brownies can be just as good as homemade ones if you know where to look. For the best store-bought brownies, we recommend checking out Brownie Brittle, Brownie Bites, and Blondie Bites. These brands all make delicious brownies that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Hi! I love desserts. But what’s your favorite? Let me know in the comments below.
Vanilla Cupcake
Vanilla cupcakes are a classic and delicious dessert. They can be made with a variety of ingredients, including oatmeal, bananas, and even peanut butter! Vanilla cupcakes can also be used as the base for other desserts like ice cream sandwiches or milkshakes. And they’re easy to make at home—all you need is a few ingredients and an oven!
Chocolate Cake with Strawberry Frosting
You may be wondering what my favorite dessert is, and that is a very good question. The answer? Chocolate cake with strawberry frosting, chocolate chips and whipped cream, strawberries and bananas. This magical confection is prepared by mixing together some butter and sugar, then adding eggs one at a time until you have a fluffy batter.
Next you will add flour to the mix along with vanilla extract before gently folding in your chocolate chips. Pour this mixture into a greased pan (I prefer to use what is called an angel food pan) and bake until it begins to brown on top (about 25 minutes). Allow it to cool completely before frosting with strawberry frosting made from scratch!
Classic Ice Cream Sundae
You can’t go wrong with an ice cream sundae. Chocolate syrup, whipped cream, nuts and cherries are all delicious additions to this classic dessert.
Homemade Trifle
A trifle is a layered dessert that consists of sponge cake, fruit, jam and cream. It can also contain some alcohol (depending on the recipe).
The word trifle comes from the French word “trefiler”, meaning to roll up or fold together. The first recorded use of the term in English was in 1589.
Trifles are usually served in small glasses or cups which allows you to easily see all of the layers. Trifles can also be made into large bowls or trifle dishes with layers arranged on top of each other rather than side by side.
A parfait is similar to a trifle but contains no fruit compote or jelly and it is not as sweet as a traditional trifle because there is no custard used either!
Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie is a pie that contains chocolate chip cookie dough and cheesecake. The crust is made from chocolate chip cookie dough and the filling is made from cheesecake. The cookies are arranged in layers, so there’s more than one layer of cookies on top of each other. The filling is then poured over the top of it all and baked until golden brown.
You can make this dessert at home using store-bought or homemade cookies, depending on your preference. You can also use store-bought or homemade cream cheese frosting, but we recommend gooey caramel sauce instead since it complements the flavors so well! If you’re feeling extra fancy—and want to impress your guests—you can even make a whipped cream topping with some powdered sugar mixed into it for garnish!
The cost depends on how much goes into making one individual piece (or how many people are sharing). For example: if we assume that an average person requires about 2/3 cup per serving then multiply that number by $2/lb then divide by 8 slices per pie plus one extra slice for later…
Old-Fashioned Banana Pudding
I love banana pudding. It’s like banana cream pie without the crust or latticework of whipped cream that you only see at fancy restaurants.
Bananas are peeled, sliced thin, and layered in between vanilla wafers with a pudding mixture made from milk and powdered sugar. The whole thing is chilled before being topped off with whipped cream (or Cool Whip) for a dreamy combination of creamy and crunchy textures.
The best part about this recipe is that it’s easy to make—and it tastes even better when you make it yourself!
Takeaway:
The takeaway is important because it’s the last thing you read before moving on to other articles, so it needs to be short and sweet. It should summarize your main points and provide a final thought or idea that sticks with readers. You can also use this space to add in any interesting facts or figures you didn’t include in the body of your post (just make sure they’re relevant).
Now that you’ve learned about all of the different desserts, it’s time to decide which one is your favorite.
What is your favorite type of dessert? Everyone has a different answer to this question, depending on what type of sweet treats they enjoy. 🍰 When it comes to dessert, it’s hard to pick just one favorite! From creamy ice cream to decadent chocolate cake, there’s something special about each and every indulgent treat.
For me, there’s nothing quite like a freshly-baked apple pie. The aroma of cinnamon and buttery crust wafting from the oven is enough to make my mouth water! The tart, sweet apples nestled in a flaky crust make me weak in the knees. Plus, it’s a classic that’s sure to please all ages.
Another dessert I can never resist is a big bowl of creamy, dreamy ice cream. Whether I’m adding hot fudge and sprinkles, or opting for a classic scoop of vanilla bean, I can’t resist the cold, sweet treat. Plus, it’s a great way to cool off on a hot summer day.
