If you want to deactivate your Airtel DTH channel, you can do so by sending an SMS. You will need to know your customer ID and the channel number that you want to deactivate. To deactivate a channel, follow these steps: 1. Type DEACT and send it to 54321 2. You will receive a confirmation message from Airtel DTH 3. The channel will be deactivated within 24 hours You can also deactivate a channel by calling the Airtel DTH customer care number.
If you want to deactivate your Airtel DTH account by SMS, then you need to send an SMS from your registered mobile number in the format given below:
” DEACT Smart Card Number”
For example, if your Smart Card number is 123456789, then you need to type “DEACT 123456789” and send it to 54325.
You can deactivate a channel on your Airtel DTH by sending an SMS to 54321. To do so, firstly, open the message application on your mobile phone. Then, type DEACT < space > < Smartcard Number > < space > < VC Number of the Channel to be deactivated > and send it to 54321. You will receive a confirmation message once the channel has been successfully deactivated.
If you need to reactivate your Airtel DTH account, you can do so by sending an SMS to the number 54325. You will need to include your customer ID in the message. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation message and your account will be reactivated.
